The Regale Rates

• All reservations must be done in person on-site unless otherwise agreed upon.
• A room rental deposit of $300 and a signed contract are required at the time of booking. A refundable security deposit of $300 may also be requested at the time of booking.
• Deposits may be paid in cash, check, or credit card.
  
• All Credit Card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
  

Final Payment

• The final payment for both the outstanding room rental and any requested bar service must be paid seven days prior to the event date via cash, check, or credit card.
• All additional agreed upon items and any additional fees will be due by the next day when attendants assess if the space has been returned to its original condition.
• If additional hours are needed on the event day beyond the agreed and contracted hours, an hourly fee for each additional hour will be charged.

Cancellation

The deposit will be refunded in full up to 14 days after the booking date. After that timeframe, your payment(s) will not be refunded.

Responsibility of the Renter

• Food service to be provided by approved vendors.
• Any and all damages to The Regale facility, décor, or equipment.
• A final head count and final payment seven days prior to the event date. Additional guests will be billed to the renter the night of or the following day.
